Pet Policy

You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

Polos at Hudson Corner is a pet friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.

We allow cats and dogs, up to two total per apartment with a weight limit of 75 pounds. Our pet fee is $350 for one pet and just $150 more for a second. Best of all, we don't have a pet rent at our community. We do however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)

Please stop by the leasing office when you are on your next stroll to pick up a special treat!

Bullmastiff
Chow Chow
Doberman Pinscher
German Shepard
Husky
Mastiff
Pit Bull
Rottweiler

Any mixed breeds that have the predominant characteristics of any of the above breeds are also prohibited. Caged animals such as reptiles, birds, fish, and rodents require management authorization.
